Brian Clarke, CEO
In 2001 Brian Clarke and his family relocated to Tyler from Houston, Tx. They felt that the beautiful East Texas surroundings offered a better way of life for them and their four children. Brian’s affinity for working with seniors became evident when he was President and CEO of a medical equipment company that specialized in rehabilitation.
Brian began developing and designing senior living apartments with his first property Arabella of Kilgore in Kilgore, Texas. In 2005, he opened The Hamptons Retirement Community in Tyler, the first of its kind in East Texas, offering Independent living apartments, cottages and assisted living with memory care services. The Clarke family is proud to bring their resort-style retirement concept to Longview, Texas with the opening of Arabella Retirement Community.
Andy Bynum has thirty years of managerial experience with over ten years as an assisted living director. He received his MBA from West Virginia University and as a strong proponent of continuing education he is well-versed on the healthcare administrative code and facility operations. His focus as an assisted living director is on quality resident care, competent and well-trained staff, and a facility environment that promotes independence and dignity for its residents, family and staff.

Kimberly Brown is a native of Longview, Texas where her family has been an active part of the business community for more than 60 years. She received her Bachelor's of Business Administration from Letourneau University and has worked in healthcare sales and marketing for more than 20 years. Kimberly knows first-hand the challenges facing older adults as the caregiver for her own parents. Her passion for senior living, love of people and dedication to the community of Longview bring Arabella Independent Living an exceptional director and trusted friend.
